This place is like an absolute gold mine. The amount of waterfalls about is absurd. Unfortunately, the national park shuts at 5, so no chance of sunrise, nor sunset. Nor can you camp here for that. Bummer.
A 9km hike from the visitors centre, and one waterfall later brought us to this, Salto Rio Preto. An 80m high waterfall. Swimming in front of this was quite wonderful moment - not just refreshing but one that had me thinking just how great nature is.
