Giving guests a place to feel at home in the city, Virgin Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, and has done away with early check-in or late check-out fees, room service delivery charges and other services that have caused frustrations for guests. “It’s been a long held dream to start beautiful, comfortable, fun hotels for guests and give them what they want and need while being gentle on their wallets,” Richard Branson said.
