IHG completes Kimpton Hotels acquisition

InterContinental Hotels Group has completed the acquisition of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Group for $430 million. The company revealed that Mike DeFrino has succeeded Mike Depatie as Kimpton’s CEO in this move.
