Tilting At (Oktoberfest) Windmill(s)? -- IMRAN™

Tilting At (OktoberFest) Windmill(s)? It seems like the Berlin Fernsehturm (TV Tower) was tilting at the windmill structure set up at Alexanderplatz for OktoberFest. The reference is to something in the novel Don Quixote and usually means fighting imaginary enemies.

Wikipedia adds: “The phrase is sometimes used to describe confrontations where adversaries are incorrectly perceived, or courses of action that are based on misinterpreted or misapplied heroic, romantic, or idealistic justifications. It may also connote an importune, unfounded and vain effort against confabulated adversaries for a vain goal."
