Starwood strengthens Dubai prortfolio

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide is planning to debut the Aloft and Element brands in Dubai. Scheduled to open in 2018, Aloft Dubai Raffa and Element Dubai Raffa will bolster Starwood’s presence in Dubai.
