Hotel giant Accor sees rise in profits as new strategy pays dividend

Hotel giant Accor has reported operating profit before tax increased 22.1 per cent in 2014, standing at €578 million. Revenue was up 3.8 per cent on a like-for-like basis, rising to €5,454 million over the year. Accord said the results reflected “strong momentum in key markets” and the “pertinence” of the group’s new strategy.
