Lufthansa brings Boeing 747-8 to New York-Frankfurt route

Newark Liberty International Airport just celebrated the beginning of Lufthansa’s daily scheduled Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental service between Newark and the airline’s home base in Frankfurt. As the largest operator of the new Queen of the Skies, Lufthansa now serves the New York metropolitan area with one of the most technologically advanced aircraft in the world and is the first carrier to bring the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental to Newark.
