Gateway Ticketing Systems UK has been appointed by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, to deliver a brand new ticketing and customer relationship management system for the internationally-renowned visitor attraction. Gateway was selected for the project following a competitive tender and the new system went live in April 2014.
