Gleneagles appoints Heery to general manger role

The Gleneagles Hotel, Perthshire, has appointed Paul Heery - formerly of The Connaught, London - as its new hotel general manager. Heery, originally from Ireland, will join the AA Five Red Star resort later this month. His experience includes roles at The Merrion Hotel in Dublin, and Ritz Carlton properties in Washington DC, New York and California.
