As lovers across the world exchange gifts on Valentine’s Day P&O Cruises received a very special gift indeed as special ceremonies at Fincantieri’s Monfalcone shipyard near Trieste were held on Friday to mark the float out of P&O Cruises’ newest ship Britannia.
