The seat of government for Sumida Ward is in a thoroughly modern, thoroughly respectable skyscraper on the Sumida river. In some ways, it outshines the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office. Its exterior is curved blue glass on a grid of white spandrels. The central shaft of the building is flanked by wings that taper with altitude. This creates the false impression of height, especially when viewed from across the river. When the eye travels back down the height of the building, it's almost startling to come to the ground so quickly. The skyscraper is only 19 stories tall, but gives a much larger impression. The high-tech rocket ship impression is appropriate for a city so often depicted as leading the way to the future.
While the flashy gold sculpture next door atop the Asahi Breweries Hall next door steals the show, the Asahi Breweries building is more than interesting on its own. At first glance, it's another reflective glass curtain wall urban block. But taking a step back and absorbing the building not as a skyscraper, but rather as a art form, one notices that this is actually a giant glass of beer. The glass is beer-tinted to reflect the amber hue of Asahi's product. And the top is festooned with an array of white panels arranged so they simulate foam frothing over the roof of the building.

Frazer Town Ramazan Food festival
This food festival happes during the month of ramazan at Moore Road in Fraser Town. If you are a non-Veg lover and dont mind having street food you must check in here. Although the dishes are sold on streets , They are clean and fresh. Entire street will be filled with aroma of roasted chicken,kebab & Kheema roti. Its a treat for your taste buds :)
